Do you think Bob Marley would be upset to know that he is basically the symbol for marijuana?
I think if my life and my life’s work just because an anthem and a spokesperson in itself to pot smokers, I’d be a little upset. More than a little.
So what if he smoked, a lot of people do. I’m sure that he wanted his music to mean more to people than just a “let’s get toasted” jam.
I don’t know. That’s just what I think about whenever I hear or see something about Bob Marley.
I know that’s not every person who listens to his music, but let’s face it, most people with reggae and Bob Marley shit are just giant ass posers who think they’re fucking awesome because they like to smoke and (mildy) flaunt it to the world (but can easily deny if questioned)
